What is the best time to trek the gorilla in Rwanda?

Gorilla trekking experience in Africa is best all year round but the best perfect time to go for a Rwanda gorilla tour is during the two dry seasons of the year; December to February and June to September.

Only 8 persons per gorillas’ family per day are allowed.  The number is limited to avoid stress and risk of infections from humans.

 If you fell sick overnight before the trek, please do not go for trekking. Instead, you can do other activities or refund back your money.

 Do not touch on gorillas, because they are wild animals.

Keep your voices low during the trek.

The limited time to see gorillas is only one hour per day. Once you encounter them, make proper use of your time with them.
