Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival and transfer to the hotel
On day 1 of the 12 Days Kenya Uganda Holiday Safari, upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta Airport, you will be welcomed by our expert safari guide, brief you about the safari and then transfer you to your hotel in Nairobi for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Travel to Masai Mara Game Reserve
After yummy breakfast, you will be picked up from the hotel by our driver guide to transfer you to Masai Mara Game with a stopover at the Great Rift Valley for rewardable viewing and picture taking. Maasai Mara is known as the most famous wildlife viewing destination in Africa – it comprises of undulating hills and beautiful rolling grasslands that sustain some of the most varied wildlife in Africa.
Arrive in time for lunch. Later in the afternoon, you will head on game viewing where you will explore numerous population of animals like lions, elephants, cheetahs, giraffes, buffalos, wildebeest, gazelle among others and also is a great stopping point for birders. Drive back at the camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3 & 4 : Full Day at Masai Mara
Have relaxed breakfast as you prepare for a full day game drive through a rewarding park, which forms the northern part of the famous Serengeti National Park. The reserve supports the biggest population of cats besides other predators. You will lunch in the middle of the jungle around Mara river as you get stunned of animals quenching for thirsty.
During your full day game drive expect to see a lot of wildlife species like herds of elephant, lion, cheetahs, leopards, Giraffe, zebras and wildebeest. You will return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight stay. Dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Transfer to Lake Nakuru National Park
You will have delicious breakfast, then depart for Nakuru National Park with en-route lunch in Narok town. You will have a stopover at Lake Naivasha where you will enjoy an optional of an hour boat ride experience on the Lake. You will continue to the park and arriving in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6: Morning Game drive and Transfer to Uganda
After breakfast, you will go for remarkable game drive in an open savannah of Nakuru National Park. The park is renowned for hosting millions of seasonal pink flamingos and other aquatic birds. You will enjoy the game drive with rewardable sight-seeing of rhinos, zebras, gazelle, buffalo, leopard and waterbucks among others.
You will drive through Nakuru town and Eldoret. After crossing the border, you will be driven to Jinja for dinner and overnight.
You will enjoy the breeze around the Nile river as you rest at your hotel.

Day 7: Transfer to Kibale National Park
You will depart for Kibale Forest National Park after your yummy morning breakfast driving south via Hoima.
You will enjoy amazed features of tea plantations in Fort portal. You will have a stopover in Fort portal for lunch en-route. After lunch, drive one more hour to the lodge after lunch. Arrive and check into the lodge for relaxation. Dinner and overnight

Day 8: Chimpanzee trekking at Kibale National Park
You will have delicious morning breakfast and be transferred to the park headquarters for a briefing about chimpanzee trekking rules. After briefing, you will go meet the park ranger to accompany you through forest trails in searching for great apes. On finding them, you will be allowed one hour to observe them as they behave, feed, play, enjoy picture taking and video capturing among others.
Kibale National Park ranks the highest number of primates in the world with more than 5,000 chimpanzee individuals living in the wild in Uganda. It is also famous of its 13 species of primates. The most spotted species are chimpanzees and other primates to see the black and white colobus, Blue monkey, Grey-cheeked Mangabey, Red-tailed monkey and olive baboon many more.
The chimpanzee tracking may last 2 to 3 hours. Then, return to the lodge for lunch.
Later in the evening, you will embark for Bigodi swamp walk where you may watch variety of bird species and other smaller mammals. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 9: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
After morning breakfast, transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park, where you will spot the beautiful ranges of Mt. Rwenzori en-route. On arriving at the park, go for game drive in the park where you will see some of animals like elephants, Buffaloes, bushbucks, Uganda kob, Antelopes and warthogs among others.
Drive back to the lodge for lunch. After lunch, you will go enjoy 2-hour boat cruise on the impressive Kazinga Channel. It is a 42kms channel that connects Lake Edward and Lake George.
During your boat cruise, you will enjoy photography of hippos, elephants, crocodiles and more than 600 bird species. After boat cruise, drive to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 10: Morning Game Drive in Ishasha sector and Transfer to Bwindi National Park
Have breakfast, then be transferred to Ishasha, the southern sector of Queen Elizabeth National park known for tree climbing lions. You will go for game drive where you expect to see topis, buffaloes, elephants and the unique tree climbing lions high in the fig tree branches.
After, you will drive out of the park and proceed to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park through the Kigezi Highlands with its terraced hillside and winding roads. On the way you, you will enjoy the beautiful scenery of Kigezi terraced hill en-route. Arrive in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 11: Gorilla Trekking and Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi
Have early morning breakfast, carry your packed lunch boxes and then be transferred to park headquarters to be briefed about gorilla trekking rules and regulation. Then, you will be availed with walking sticks by the park rangers in accompany of park ranger through forest trail looking for chimps. Once you them, you will be allowed one hour to spend with the gorillas. The trekking takes about 30minutes to 7 hours depending on the movements of gorillas.
After seeing them, you will walk back to the starting point to be rewarded with the gorilla certificate. Thereafter, meet your driver guide to transfer you to Lake Bunyonyi where you will visit few Islands found on the land, good for birders or you can participate in nature walk along the shores of the lake. Dinner and overnight.

Day 12: Departure for Kampala /Entebbe
You will depart for Kampala after breakfast, then drive out of the park to start a long journey back to Kampala with a great opportunity to take picture at the equator en-route. Have lunch en-route and after proceed to drive to Kampala. Arriving in Entebbe or Kampala in the evening.
