Day 1: Arrival Entebbe and Hotel drop off
Upon your arrival at Entebbe airport, our company representative together with the guide will be waiting to meet you and welcomes you. Then transfer you to Kampala city where you will spend a night. Have dinner and overnight stay at Via Via Guesthouse for budget

Day 2: Transfer to Jinja –Source of the Nile Tour –Evening sunset boat cruise
After you’re an early breakfast, you will be met by your safari guide at 8 am to transfer you to Jinja a famous home to the source of Nile. You will drive through the Lugazi Sugar plantations and Mabira forest ‘’Uganda’s largest rainforest’’ with en route stopover for memorable pictures.
Upon arrival in Jinja, visit to Itanda falls and other rewarding places of interest. Then drive to have lunch while exploring Jinja town, later afternoon, visit the remarkable source of the Nile and in the evening take part in an evening sunset boat trip on Lake Victoria. Return to your reserved hotel in Jinja for dinner and overnight stay at Nile Front Cottages for budget options.
Day 3: Transfer to Sipi Falls
After an early breakfast at your hotel in Jinja, you will set off very early as possible to access Sipi falls at rewarding time for the hike adventure. It takes about 4 to 5 hours’ drive with en-route lunch. Sipi falls lies in the foothills of Mount Elgon just at the edge of Mount Elgon national park near the Kenya border in Kapchorwa district and it comprises of 3 waterfalls with the highest fall dropping at 100m. Depending on your body fitness, you can hike 2 of the waterfalls or hike all the 3 falls offering gainful view of beautiful nature around and spot of notable birds. Day 4: Transfer to Kidepo National Park
On the 4th day of your 20 days Uganda safari tour, Wake up early in the morning, have your breakfast, check out of the lodge to set off 8 to 9hour driver to Kidepo Valley National Park. It’s a full day drive with en route stopover for lunch and stretching to the eastern and far North Eastern region of Uganda with its beautiful people. You will arrive in the park late afternoon and proceed to check in your booked accommodation to refresh. Dinner and overnight stay at Apoka Rest Camp for budget option.
Day 5: Full day game drive – Kidepo Valley National Park –Game Drive
After an early morning coffee/tea and embark on a 3 hour’s drive to Kidepo national park where you will go for a game drive in Kidepo valley where you expect to see herds of buffaloes, zebras, elephants, giraffes, hyenas and cheetahs among others. While enjoying a game drive you can be sure to stop for memorable photography. After drive back to the lodge and spend the evening at leisure viewing the wilderness. Day 6: Morning game drive in Kidepo Valley
You will have breakfast and get prepared for another fabulous game drive in the vast savannah of Kidepo Valley intercepted by patches of Borassus palm and the rising scenic hills. You’re also able to enjoy the thrilling views of the morning sun shining over the hills of Lomej, the Lotukei Mountains to the north near to the Sudan border, the Morungole range to the southern boundary of Kidepo. The visit starts before the rays strike down to the endless valleys of Kidepo and Narus valley.
Drive back to the lodge for lunch and rest bit before embarking on a drive to Kidepo Valley close to the South Sudan border to visit the hot springs and you can view Ostriches within the region although their number are highly threatened by poaching by south Sudanese. Day 7: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park ‘’Full day drive’’
Wake up have breakfast, depart kidepo via Gulu district for lunch then proceed a drive to Murchison Falls National Park. This is a full day drive entering the park through one of the gates. Return back to your lodge for a night rest at Parkside Safari Lodge for budget.
Day 8: Game drive and Boat Cruise
On the 8th day of your 20 days Uganda safari tour, After breakfast, you will connect to the top of the falls for an exciting experience of the falls. You will drive to connect to the falls. Visit the top of the falls with gainful views of the great Murchison Falls at different points. After enjoying a good time at the top of the falls. Then after will meet your driver and return for lunch.
After lunch, you will go for an afternoon boat cruise along the Nile which will give you an impressive view at the bottom of the mighty Murchison Falls. Along the cruise, expect to encounter hippos, crocodiles and bird species on the river banks such as cormorants, kingfishers and bee-eater. Return to the lodge with an en route evening game drive to find some wild animals of the park. Have dinner and overnight stay at lodge as above.
Day 9: Top of the falls visit and Rhino tracking in Ziwa Rhino sanctuary
Wake up have breakfast, check out of the lodge and connect to meet your park safari guide to visit the top of the falls unforgettable experience of the falls. Explore the top of the falls with gainful views of the great Murchison falls at different points. After spending an incredible time at the top of the falls, you will meet your driver guide and return for lunch in Masindi. Then you will connect for an afternoon rhino tracking experience on foot, which can take 2 to 3 hours. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay at Ziwa Rhino lodge for budget.
Day 10: Transfer to Kibale National Park
After morning breakfast, depart to the lodge proceed for your long journey to Kibale Forest National Park, a home to almost 13 primate’s species. These includes L’Hoest monkey, red colobus among others. You will have lunch in Kagadi. Proceed with the journey to the Kibale Forest National Park. Dinner and Overnight stay at Kibale Forest Lodge for budget
Day 11: Chimpanzee trekking and Bigodi Swamp Walk
After breakfast, you will go for chimpanzee tracking within the Kibale Forest. During your search, you will be able to see a lot of primate species like colobus monkeys, chimpanzee and other animals such as the forest elephants, bush pig and duiker, reptiles, warthogs and amphibians and many colorful butterflies can be viewed. Back to the lodge for lunch.
After lunch, you will go for a nature walk in the Bigodi swamp area and look out most of sought after water loving bird species. Kibale Forest is home to over 335 bird species and therefore a rewarding place for birders. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay as above.
Day 12: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Wake up have breakfast at your lodge, depart to Queen Elizabeth National Park – home to the tree climbing lions. It’s a 3-4 hour’s drive arriving at time for lunch at the lodge. Later afternoon, spend your day at leisure. Have dinner and overnight stay at Pumba safari lodge for budget.
Day 13: Game drive and Lunch cruise –Queen Elizabeth National Park
On the 13th day of your 20 days Uganda safari tour, Early in the morning after breakfast, you will head out for the lion tracking experience and game drive in search of early risers in the Kasenyi area. Queen Elizabeth has diverse eco-system of rivers, crater lakes, grass plains, river, forests, swamps and lakes. These are habitat to various types of wildlife and a game drive in Queen Elizabeth that rewards you with great views of animals like lions, antelopes, buffalos, waterbucks, Uganda kob, elephants and other types of antelopes.
After drive back to your lodge for lunch and after, go for a 3 hours’ launch cruise along the Kazinga Channel and into Lake Edward. This boat cruise will allow you to spot the highest concentration of hippos and you may also explore many animals drinking at the water’s edge. The cruise also offers beautiful platform for photography, birding and game viewing. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight as above.
Day 14: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
On the 14th day of your 20 days Uganda safari tour , Wake up have breakfast, then set out for the game drive in the Ishasha area –Queen Elizabeth and expect to see the unique tree-climbing lions. The lions can be seen hanging up the fig trees. However, It’s not a guarantee that the lions will be viewed. Sometimes it depends on the luck and season of the year visited. Enjoy your lunch in the Ishasha sector and after you will proceed a drive to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park. Arrive at the park in the evening check in to the lodge as you wait for your next day Gorilla trek. Dinner and Overnight stay at Buhoma Community Rest Camp
Day 15: Gorilla trekking experience – Bwindi Impenetrable National park
Early in the morning after breakfast and a briefing from the UWA officials, set off for the gorilla tracking. This is a once lifetime experience and unforgettable adventure. The ranger guides will lead you into the thick forest trail and start your search for the endangered Mountain Gorillas. You will move up and down the rugged terrain until you finally meet these harmonious creatures that will entertain you with performances for about 1 hour.
The activity can take 2 -7 hours since the gorillas move up and down. This is an awesome and exciting moment. En-route, there are other types of the primates such as monkeys, birds, and more. Return for dinner and overnight stay as above.
Day 16: Batwa Cultural Tour – Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi
Wake up have breakfast ,go for cultural tour in Buhoma which begins at the main office in Nkwenda and the hiking experience goes through a 2 to 4 walk visiting the local African homes ,farm lands ,village centers and reach out to local community sites of Bakiga and Batwa people where you will be exposed to their amazing ancient life , listen to their amazing stories on how they used to stay with mountain gorillas in peace as well as enjoying their traditional dance .After return to the lodge for lunch.

Day 17: Full day Lake Bunyonyi
On the 17th day of your 20 days Uganda safari tour, Wake up have breakfast, connect to Lake Bunyonyi which is one of the deepest lake in Africa and is renown as a home to various little birds. The lake has almost 32 islands. Lake Bunyonyi is a perfect stopover for relaxation for people from gorilla trekking in Bwindi. Upon arrival, you will set on a boat ride. This will enable you to visit one of the Islands on the lake. Each Island has its amazing history to listen to by the guides. After the boat ride, return back to the lodge for relaxation while you view the beautiful sunset. Dinner and Overnight at Lodge as above.
Day 18: Transfer to Lake Mburo National Park
Have an early morning breakfast and after transfer to Lake Mburo National Park. You will reach Mbarara town in time for lunch after which you will enter the park with a game drive en-route where you expect to have clear views of animals like Zebras, Buffaloes and elands.
Upon arrival at the park headquarters, register and later go for the evening nature walk along the Kigambara loop. This loop provides stunning nature walks alongside the lake. Dinner and overnight stay at Eagles Nest Lodge for budget.
Day 19: Walking safari and Boat ride on Lake Mburo
After your morning breakfast, meet your ranger guides for your walking safari on foot which is the best experience to see the hidden treasures of the park and viewing of animals especially antelope. Walk back to the lodge for refreshments, lunch and in the afternoon go for a boat ride on Lake Mburo where you expect to get quite close to crocodiles and hippos. Back to the lodge for dinner and overnight as above.
Day 20: Transfer to Kampala/Entebbe/Departure
On your last day 20 of the Uganda trip, you will have breakfast and drive back to the park for en-route game drive for the early risers and other chances of seeing missed animals on the previous game drive before you drive back to Kampala with en-route lunch and at the Equator for water experiments and memorable photos, visit the Royal drum villages at Mpambire for souvenirs. Proceed to Kampala to be dropped at your hotel or drop off at Entebbe Airport for your flight back home.
