Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival – Nairobi
Upon arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be welcomed by our safari driver guide, brief you about the safari. Then, you will be transferred to your accommodation at Giraffe Manor. Giraffe Manor sits on 12 acres of private land within 140 acres of indigenous forest and known as one of Nairobi’s most iconic buildings.
Historically, manor house was created in 1930s when visitors first flocked to East Africa to enjoy safaris. It was designed with stately faced, elegant interior, lush gardens, sunny terraces and charming courtyards and many guests love the place. One of the twelve rooms is named after the author, Karen Blixen.

Day 2: Nairobi and Transfer to Maasai Mara National Reserve
After an early breakfast, you will be picked up from Giraffe Manor and then be driven to Wilson Airport for your morning flight to the Maasai Mara National Reserve. Arrive at 11am and embark on your safari in the realm of the Maasai, Kenya’s traditional cattle –herding nomads committed to preserving their culture.
After lunch, proceed for an afternoon game drive.
Maasai Mara National Reserve is home rich with wildlife and is considered as the main stopping destination for exploring wildlife on African continent. It has large plains filled with wildebeest, zebras, lions and jackals among others. You spending more days here, will witness the glimpse of the incredible wonders that the Mara has. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Full Day Game Drive – Maasai Mara National Reserve
On this day, you will enjoy a full day in the Maasai Mara both morning and afternoon game drives. You will explore the park in search of the Big five and all other wild animals to see here. You can enjoy the wildebeest migration when you visit the park between July to September’’. An optional of doing hot air balloon safari.
The park is home to abundance of wildlife, with over 500 bird species recorded. List of animals to see during your game drive, include lions, elephants, rhinos, hippos, crocodiles, giraffes, wildebeest, zebras, buffalo, warthogs, hyenas, jackals, wild dogs, leopards and various kinds of antelopes many more. The predators of the home include: lions, cheetahs, wild dogs, jackals, hyenas and vultures. Dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Maasai Mara National Reserve /Depart to Nairobi
Enjoy a relaxed breakfast at leisure. Transfer to the Airstrip for your flight back to Nairobi, arriving at Wilson Airport at around 12:30 pm. Afterward, you will be transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
