Lion Tracking in Queen Elizabeth National park : Queen Elizabeth National park is the second largest national park in Uganda after Murchison falls national park and it was first known as Kazinga channel and later it was named Queen Elizabeth National park after the visit of the Queen of England who was named Queen Elizabeth 11 of the Great Britain. More so, This National Park is located in the Eastern region of the country in Kasese district, it was established as a national park in 1954, and it covers a total surface area of about 1980 square kilometers. Queen Elizabeth National park is situated at the back of the Rwenzori Mountains, which blesses tourists with great opportunities to capture classic views of the stunning crater lakes and the Katwe Explosion craters, which are famously known to be the highest point of Queen Elizabeth National park that stands at an elevated area of about 1350 meters.
