Mutanda Lake Resort
Mutanda Lake Resort was set on a Lake Mutanda peninsula in the shadow of the Virunga Mountain. However, the resort offers excellent comfortable accommodation combined with great views. Activities at the Mutanda Lake Resort;

Guided Nature walk with guide;
The walk can start after a 30 minutes canoe ride, then walk along the swamp and up the hills. The walking experience offers amazing views over Lake Mutanda and the experience can take about 3 hours. Or, you can take a visit to Punishment Island, the craft maker, medicine man, the local school.
Visit Lake Mulehe with guide
The hike done to Lake Mulehe offers great views over both Lake Mutanda and Lake Mulehe, meet local people, fishermen, a medicine man as well as enjoying your delicious lunch along the away.
Boat tour Lake Mutanda
Enjoy the lake with its beautiful surrounding by motorized boat or canoes. The boat tour can be made 1 or 2 hours. This experience is done by help of the guide who gives you correct information about the background of the communities, the birds, the otters among others.
