Detailed Itinerary for 3 Days Fly into Rwanda Track Gorillas in Uganda

Day 1: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Upon arrival, our driver guide will be waiting to welcome you into the land of Thousand Hill, and brief you about the safari. Then, set off your journey to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. You will enjoy many beautiful views as you travel, cross the Katuna or Chanika border. Upon your arrival in Rwanda, you can obtain your East Africa Visa, meaning there is no need to apply for it online.

Arrive at the park, check into your booked lodge stay at leisure the entire evening as you prepare for the gorilla trek the next day. Dinner and overnight stay at Four Gorilla Lodge- Midrange, Buhoma Community Rest camp – Budget

Day 2: Gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest

Have an early morning breakfast and drive to the starting point for a briefing about rules and regulations of Gorilla tracking. After, you will be led by the rangers into forest trail heads to search for the mountain gorillas. You will also enjoy the flora and fauna of this park. After meeting them, you will give an hour to observe these gentle giant. After a great gorilla trekking experience. You can decide to transfer to the next destination like Lake Bunyonyi or visit the Batwa community. Dinner and overnight.

Day3: Transfer back to Kigali

On your last day, enjoy a relaxed morning breakfast before you watch the Islands on this lake and enjoy some good views as well as notable birds. You will depart back to Kigali, arriving in the late evening. You will be dropped off at any hotel or at the Kigali International Airport for your scheduled flight back home.
