Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Pick up and transfer to Lake Mburo National Park – Afternoon boat cruise.
Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport on the first day of the 4 days Lake Mburo and Queen Elizabeth wildlife safari, our expert safari driver guide will pick you up from your hotel very early in the morning, brief you about the safari and then set off to Lake Mburo national park in western Uganda. On the way, you will have a stopover at the Equator and then continue the journey to the park. Upon arrival, you will check into the lodge for lunch.
After lunch you will drive to the landing site for an impressive boat cruise on Lake Mburo where you will have great views of hippos and crocodiles in the water, buffaloes, warthogs, and antelopes along the shores, view water birds such as cormorants, hornbills, bee-eaters, kingfishers, view fishermen preparing their fishing gears and others. After the stunning boat cruise, you will drive to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay at Mihingo Lodge/Kigambira Lodge-luxury/ Arcadia cottages-midrange or Leopards rest camp-budget.

Day 2: Morning game drive and transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
After an early breakfast, you will check out of the lodge and meet up with your driver guide to embark on a morning game drive where you will be able to view different animal species such as giraffes, zebras, impalas, waterbucks, warthogs, oribi, topi among others grazing in the open savannah plains, view the brightening sunrise, view several notable bird species among others.
After the game drive, you will drive out of the park and transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park with en-route lunch on the way. Arrive at the park, check into the lodge for dinner, and overnight stay at Elephant Plains lodge-luxury, Elephant Hab lodge-midrange or Queen Elizabeth Bush lodge-budget.

Day 3: Morning game drive/lion tracking experience and afternoon boat cruise
After an early breakfast on the third day of the 4 days Lake Mburo and Queen Elizabeth wildlife safari, your driver guide will pick you up from the lodge to embark on a morning game drive/lion tracking experience in Kasenyi plains where you will be able to spot animals such as waterbucks, bushbucks, elephants, buffaloes, topi, warthogs, view predators like lions, leopards, hyenas, different bird species mentioned but few. After the game drive, you will return to the lodge for lunch.
After lunch, you will embark on an interesting boat cruise on Kazinga Channel a water body that joins Lake George and Lake Edward where you will enjoy great views of animals including elephants, buffaloes, antelopes along the shores, large concentrations of hippos, and crocodiles in the water, quadric bird species many others. After the boat ride, return back to the lodge for an evening relaxation, dinner, and overnight as above.

Day 4: Departure to Kampala
On the last day of the 4 days Lake Mburo and Queen Elizabeth wildlife safari, you will have a lazy breakfast, check out of the lodge and meet up with your driver guide to head for a short game drive where you will be able to view animals that you should have missed the previous day. After the game drive, you will drive out of the park and start the journey back to Kampala with an en-route lunch. After lunch, you will proceed to Kampala and your driver guide will drop you off at your hotel or at Entebbe International Airport for your departure flight back home.
